Rain or Shine Collection Part 1

I’m super excited this collection “Rain or Shine” is now available on Spoonflower for purchase! This is a collection that was created with my adventurous whippets in mind. I initially had created many of the motifs for other collections but decided to change them up a bit by using pop art and Memphis design as inspiration for color and also added a few other elements. I wanted to give up on it many times as I felt like it took a really weird turn,  but decided to see it through while taking Immersion2023 with Bonnie Christine

The patterns shown here were designed for anyone who enjoys making fun and unique items for their pets be it beds, martingale collars, or cute totes to hold all the dog supplies and treats on those weekend outings. And of course the ever-stylish bandana. What hip pup wouldn’t love a fun bandana?

If you’re in the market for one-of-a-kind prints for your stylish and unique pup visit my Spoonflower shop. Most importantly, don’t forget to SHARE your fabulous creations with me! You can tag or message me on Instagram @twistnpout13, with your photos or a link to where they can be seen.

I applied my design to this mock-up created by Creatsy and purchased from Creative Market. And should add this was my first time ever doing anything like this in Photoshop. While the mockup templates are easy to follow once you know how to use them, I could have never figured it out on my own, even with the handy instructions that are included in the design file. Thank goodness for the fantastic mini-course that was offered as a bonus session in the Immersion course by Sarah Watts. Her walk through on how to apply your patterns to smart objects in Photoshop was so easy to follow. And she is super fun to listen to. Check out her website wattsalot (is that witty or what?) to learn more about her work and classes.
